Aloha!
My name is Shelby Hiraoka and I’m a Professional Freelance Makeup Artist located on the Big Island of Hawaii. I was born and raised here on Hawaii Island and love living in paradise. I’m a wife to Na Hoku Award winning musician, Ryan Hiraoka and mother to our 3 amazing children.

I have a true passion for Makeup Artistry and have been a Makeup Artist for almost 20 years. Bridal makeup is my specialty. There’s something so special about weddings and I absolutely love what I do!

You have probably seen my work on multiple different platforms such as Local Television, Magazines, Hawaii brands and merchandise, Hawaii Island and International pageantry, Hula Halaus, Local celebrities, Hawaii Fashion shows, Professional Models and many more.

I also enjoy perfecting my skills in Special Effects Makeup.
I’m known locally for my crazy creative makeup looks.

During the holiday season , I’m best known for my zombies, monsters and the infamous holiday Grinch makeup.
My goal as a Professional Freelance Makeup Artist is to make my clients feel AMAZING! No matter the occasion or the type of makeup. I take pride in my artistry and I want all my clients to feel gorgeous, fierce and beautiful!
